Redeeming Your Reward
Once you have earned Lottie Lou's, to redeem your reward you need to log in to your account as above, then click on the rewards tab which is located on the right hand side of the screen.
You will then see your Lottie Lou points, and the 'Rewards' and 'Earn' tab as per image below.
Click 'Redeem' on your chosen reward and you will see your Coupon Code as per the following image. You will also be emailed a copy of the coupon code.
If you choose to use your discount at a later date, you can locate your coupon code from the email or when you sign in and view your account tab as per below image - click on 'Rewards' after signing in. Lottie Lou's rewards have an expiry of 1 year from issue.
